    1st grade Lead Teacher is a professional experienced and passionate educator with teaching experience at the elementary level. Reporting to the Elementary School Director, the 1st grade Lead teacher is responsible for continuing to develop and deliver the 1st grade curriculum.

  • Elementary School Administrative Division Manager

    The Elementary School Administrative Division Manager (ESADM) supports the Elementary School administrative team as well as students and families. The ESADM reports directly to and provides excellent diplomatic, organizational, technical, and confidential administrative support for the Elementary School Director in all aspects of their/division work and works in collaboration with other administrators in the Elementary School. The ESADM is responsible for organizing, implementing, and managing systems for the overall daily operations of the Elementary School, while communicating the spirit and values of New Roads School and maintaining its unique climate and culture. The ESADM has a broad array of campus responsibilities, including acting as the point of contact for the community (including parents, students, faculty, staff, and the public) and is responsible for coordinating the flow of information among various teams on behalf of the Elementary School Director and the Elementary School.

We are a co-educational, non-denominational K-12 school of approximately 550 students.     New Roads offers a PPO or HMO coverage plan through Blue Shield of California.  New Roads currently pays 100% of the monthly premium for both the HMO and PPO plans and contributes a percentage to the cost of the monthly premiums for dependent coverage.
  • Dental Insurance

    New Roads offers  Dental PPO coverage through Guardian Dental. New Roads currently pays 100% of the monthly premium for the Dental plan and contributes a percentage to the cost of the monthly premiums for dependent coverage.
  • Vision Insurance

    New Roads offers Vision coverage through EyeMed's Insight Plan. New Roads currently pays 100% of the monthly premium for the Vision plan and contributes a percentage to the cost of the monthly premiums for dependent coverage.
  • Retirement Savings Plan

    New Roads offers a pre-tax and Roth 403(b) retirement plan through Vanguard. New Roads provides a 403(b) match for eligible, full-time employees with a 2 year vesting schedule. There is no waiting period for employee contributions and immediate matching is available.
  • Long Term Disability and Life Insurance

    New Roads provides full-time employees with group Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance coverage through Guardian Insurance at no cost to the employee.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

    New Roads provides an employer paid Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) through Guardian. The EAP provides confidential assistance to eligible employees and all members of their household.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts

    New Roads offers both a health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts  that allows employees to set aside funds on a pre-tax basis, for certain health care and dependent care expenses.
