New Roads Apalooza!

You're invited to New Roads' annual end-of-the-year extravaganza: New Roads-a-Palooza Festival! Originating in 2015 as a showcase for the Upper School’s music ensembles, this celebration draws inspiration from the legendary Lollapalooza Festival, founded by Perry Farrell in 1991. Farrell coined "lollapalooza" to signify something "extraordinarily impressive."  For us, the festival is a celebration of the Music Department students’ musical achievements and a chance for the New Roads community to connect joyously.

Throughout the years, our festival has evolved to include performances from Middle and Elementary School students. Please join us on May 17 on campus for a jubilant gathering, featuring not only our remarkably talented musicians but also delectable food, lively games, and heartwarming community connections.
