School events K-12, on or off campus, must be entered on the Master Calendar (this includes, but is not limited to: speakers, field trips, test dates, musical performances, admissions events, orientations, student events, etc.). In an effort to avoid event conflicts, it is vital that the procedures are followed on the attached document: SCHEDULING EVENTS: ACTIVITIES MASTER CALENDAR / ROOM REQUESTS (K-12).
